As the driving force behind many of Lets-Talk2day's programmes, Fouzia has helped develop a wide range of initiatives including mental health and wellbeing groups, language support, community advocacy, health awareness projects, volunteering opportunities, employability programmes, and community events. Her focus is always on empowering people to recognise their strengths and achieve their goals.
Fouzia is a strong advocate for community-led solutions and believes that lasting change happens when people are supported to help one another.
Through her leadership, she has helped build a growing team of volunteers, community champions, and partners who work together to create positive change across Liverpool.
With specialist training including PETALS and Train-the-Trainer programmes, alongside extensive experience supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds, Fouzia combines professional knowledge with genuine compassion and understanding.

Now working as a Community Wellbeing Support Worker and Apprentice, Halima plays an important role in supporting the delivery of mental health and wellbeing activities, community engagement programmes, language support, advocacy, and community events across Liverpool.
Working closely with refugees, asylum seekers, migrants, women, and individuals experiencing isolation, Halima helps create welcoming and inclusive spaces where people feel supported, valued, and connected. She is passionate about helping people build confidence, access opportunities, develop new skills, and improve their wellbeing.
Having progressed from volunteer to apprentice, Halima is a fantastic example of the opportunities Lets-Talk2day CIC provides for people to grow, develop, and realise their potential. Her enthusiasm, compassion, and positive attitude make her a highly valued member of both the team and the communities we support.

Kellie Rostron is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Lets-Talk2day CIC. She holds a postgraduate qualification in Business, degrees in both Health and Social Care and Social Sciences, and is a qualified Chartered Manager with extensive experience working across health, social care, mental health, and community development.

Throughout her career, Kellie has successfully developed and managed services supporting diverse communities, including establishing a BAME Carer Service and a Multicultural Family Service. She has worked extensively with refugees, asylum seekers, migrants, women, carers, and vulnerable individuals, helping to improve wellbeing, build resilience, and create opportunities for positive change.
Passionate about community engagement, Kellie believes that everyone has strengths, talents, and potential. She is committed to creating opportunities that enable people to build confidence, develop new skills, realise their abilities, and play an active role within their communities.
Working closely with diverse communities across Liverpool, she strives to ensure that nobody is left behind because of language, culture, circumstances, or lack of opportunity.
Kellie is passionate about reducing health inequalities and removing barriers to accessing services.
Through strong partnerships and community-led approaches, she works to ensure that people feel heard, understood, valued, and connected, while empowering them to improve their wellbeing and achieve their goals.
Her vision for Lets-Talk2day is simple: to create stronger, healthier, and more connected communities where everyone feels they belong, can access support in a way that works for them, and has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
