Having a reliable social support network can be a powerful buffer against stress. Friends,, and groups offer support, fresh perspectives, and practical advice during challenging times.
Practical Tip: Do not isolate yourself during times. Reach out to someone you trust. Sometimes, just talking about it can offer a fresh perspective and lighten your emotional load.
Active Listening Empathy Offering an empathetic ear to someone else also serve as a coping for you. It can make you feel valued and put your own problems into perspective.
