We started the service to establish a supportive community where individuals can openly express their feelings and experiences in a safe environment. The organisation was founded to address Mental health and wellbeing needs within our multicultural communities, to provide a servce shaped by service users with their wellbeing as the focus

We are a small dedicated team leveraging over 30 years of experience from our staff in supporting diverse populations, asylum seekers, and refugees in matters of mental health and wellbeing., with both lived and shared experiences. supported by an excellent network and volunteers from the communities we engage with. Through our previous roles in the healthcare sector and other employment positions, we have substantial expertise in working with asylum seekers, and newly settled individuals, addressing the issues they face.

Lets-Talk is committed to enhancing mental health through effective communication. Our goal is to break down barriers and make wellbeing accessible to all. Breaking barriers, building confidence, supporting wellbeing.

One of our newer projects include Training our Community champions, and working with Volunteering for health to train up new volunteers within the communities, with their lived experience, passion and language skills . ~Our Community champions are now trained in:
