"At Lets-Talk2day CIC, we promote mental health and wellbeing, equity, and community. We work with diverse communities, people seeking asylum, refugees, newly settled individuals, and those facing language and cultural barriers to access support. Through the power of language, collaboration, and cultural understanding, we co-produce services with the communities we serve, ensuring their voices, experiences, and needs shape everything we do.
We focus on prevention, education, and awareness, making mental health and wellbeing support accessible, inclusive, and culturally responsive. By providing safe spaces where people can express themselves, build confidence, develop meaningful connections, and strengthen their sense of belonging, we help individuals and communities thrive."

Mental health and wellbeing support for all in the Multicultural communities. Language, culture, and care converge where equity meets multicultural wellbeing. "Empowering voices, strengthening community health."

Lets-Talk2day CIC is a community-based mental health and wellbeing organisation specialising in supporting culturally diverse communities through accessible, inclusive, and language-led services.
We were established to create safe spaces where people can openly express their feelings, share their experiences, and access support without fear of judgement. Our organisation was founded in response to the growing mental health and wellbeing needs within multicultural communities, particularly for people facing language, cultural, and social barriers when accessing services.
At the heart of our work is a commitment to cultural understanding, diversity, inclusion, and mental wellbeing. We recognise that language should never be a barrier to receiving support, which is why we provide dedicated language support, interpreting, translation, and culturally sensitive services that enable people to access the help they need with confidence.

Our team brings over 30 years of experience working within health, social care, and community settings, alongside valuable lived and shared experiences. We understand the unique challenges faced by culturally diverse communities and are committed to delivering services that are shaped by the people who use them .Supported by volunteers, community champions, and strong partnerships across Liverpool, we provide practical, compassionate, and culturally responsive support that empowers individuals, strengthens communities, and improves mental health and wellbeing outcomes.

Lets-Talk is committed to enhancing mental health through effective communication. Our goal is to break down barriers and make wellbeing accessible to all. Breaking barriers, building confidence, supporting wellbeing.
